What if I get my ring size wrong?

No problem. When you shop with us, you get VIP treatment. As long as the ring hasn’t been engraved, you’re welcome to take advantage of hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days. We recommend adding a ring sizer to your order if you’re not 100% sure of your size. That way if it isn't a perfect fit, you’ll know exactly the size you need to exchange it for.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most of our rings are ready to ship. Orders placed on weekdays before 3 PM EST ship the same day! Please note that laser engraved rings take an additional 1-2 days for production.

How long will my men's bourbon barrel wedding band last?

Our scratch-resistant tungsten men’s rings are virtually indestructible. Tungsten is the Earth’s strongest metal. It’s used by NASA and many industrial applications, so you can certainly depend on it to hold up to daily wear. The whiskey barrel wood is protected by a clear, high-polished protective resin that does require normal care as it is not scratch-resistant like the rest of the ring. However, The Aiden includes our lifetime warranty, so you’re covered for life no matter what.

Can I engrave a men’s wedding band made from whiskey barrel wood?

Yes, we offer professional in-house laser engraving so you can personalize your wedding band perfectly. Each one of our men’s wood wedding bands is completely unique, and adding an engraved name, date, or personalized message will make it even more special.

Are engraved rings refundable?

Our professional engravings are permanent, so, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please give your engraved message careful consideration before ordering.
