1. What if my ring doesn’t fit properly?
Fear not! As long as your band hasn’t been engraved, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days to ensure your complete satisfaction. We recommend adding a ring sizer to your order if you’re not sure of your exact size. That way, you’ll be ready in case you need to exchange it.
2. How long will these gold-plated tungsten wedding bands last?
The metal used to make our tungsten men’s rings is also used to make NASA’s spacecrafts, and our Damascus wedding bands are made from the same steel used to make Viking weaponry, so The Spartan is truly as strong as its namesake. It’s safe to say these gold-plated tungsten wedding bands are built to last!
3. Can I personalize my gold Damascus wedding band?
Yes! We can engrave names, dates, or any other message that’s meaningful to you. Create a one-of-a-kind original!
4. How long will my order take to ship?
Most of our modern rings are ready to ship out the same day you place your order. Engraved rings may require an extra 2-3 days.
5. Are engraved rings refundable?
Because the engraving is a permanent customization, we’re not able to accept returns. If you want to add engravings but aren’t sure of your size, choose the ‘yes, mail sizer first’ option, and we’ll send you a free ring sizer, before we engrave your ring.
