1. What if I get my ring size wrong?

No need to worry. You can always exchange your ring for a different size within 30 days, as long as it’s not engraved. For couples’ ring sets, such as this one, we include a complimentary ring sizer with order upon request. When selecting your sizes, simply choose ‘unsure- mail sizer first’ and we’ll mail you the sizer first.

2. How long will these black and red wedding rings last?

Tungsten is stronger than both titanium and gold, and it’s also scratch-resistant. Its strength and durability mean that it’s built to last a lifetime. Proper care, however, as with any jewelry, will ensure your rings look their best for years to come. 

3. Can I personalize my tungsten couple’s ring?

You sure can! Make these modern rings your own by adding a personalized laser engraving with a special date, coordinate location, or unique message, etc.

4. How long will my order take to ship?

Most of our opal wedding band sets are in stock and ready to ship to you the same or next day. Please allow 2 to 3 days for laser engravings.

5. Are engraved rings refundable?

Unfortunately, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged because laser engraved messages are a permanent customization. If unsure of your sizes, choose the ‘mail sizer first’ option, and we’ll mail you an accurate ring sizer before we customize your ring. This option is offered with laser engraved messages at no extra charge.
