Tungsten is extremely durable and scratch-resistant, so you can expect your bands to last a lifetime.
3. How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship the same or next business day and arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Engraved messages will require an additional few days for production.
4. Do you offer laser-engraved messages?
Yes, get any date or message custom engraved on any rings!
5. Are engraved wedding bands refundable?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items since they are permanent customizations.

The rings fit well and a comfortable fit, as expected since we used the ring sizer. The finish is very nice, and surprised how smooth the stone to metal transition is; super smooth and not noticable transition in texture.

AWESOME! And the customer service is incredible! I purchased a ring in a size that was way too large for my husband. I wanted to surprise him with it, but the surprise was that I am a terrible guesser of sizes. He was traveling a ton last month and I sent the exchange request email on day 30 of the exchange window. No questions asked, I was emailed return postage and just had to fill out a short form about what I needed instead. Shipping was so quick and the process was worry free. Plus, the ring looks badass!
