When will my order ship?

If you already are 100% sure of your ring size, production will begin immediately and ship same day if item does not have engraving and take 1-4 business days if item needs engraving.

If you are unsure of you ring size, a ring sizer kit will be sent to you to make sure that we have the correct size that was chosen.

Whats your return policy?

We accept returns on all items that are not engraved, personalized or unworn items. All items that qualify for a return need to be returned within 30 days to qualify for a return. Any items that are eligible for returns, can be return with no questions asked. Shipping fees are not refunded. If an item has been worn it will be returned to customer 

How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping takes 2-4 Business days via USPS and 1-3 Business days via UPS. Fedex 2 days and Priority overnight are available at additional cost.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes. Yes. Yes. We've been there and we are here for you. Warranty policy is as follows:

30 days no questions asked on all items eligible for return

Need a different size? We offer free exchanges 

We do not accept returns on personalized items

1 Year no Hassle limited warranty on all rings

Warranty does not include lost or stolen items. We will replace your ring only if there is manufacturing defect. Although we will help you (small fees may apply) if you need a new size after years, lost rings, other issues with your rings we offer a lifetime warranty of $75

What kind of Materials do you work>?

We work with Wood, Antler, Tungsten, Carbon Fiber, Gold, Rose Gold, Sterling Silver. Natural Gemstones and Natural Materials

 

What if my ring gets lost in the in the mail?

If the tracking states that it was delivered but it wasn't or if your neighbor decided that they'll like to keep your Madera Band because it was cool, we've got you. We now offer Route Shipping Protection. Pay a small fee added to cart to protect your package from any lost, stolen or undeliverable mail. It's the way to go.

What If I receive the wrong size?

All bands are made to order and are created with unique materials. Due to this unique materials, bands can not be resized. If your band doesn't fit and you need a new size, we will offer to replace your band 1 Single time within 30 days of receiving the package. After 30 days, fees may apply. Shipping fees is due for the replacement

How do I find my ring size

Ring sizers are sent same day and can be bought within our online store directly. We are so cool that you can reach us via live chat with title "ring size" and we will send you immediately.

What is your return policy?

All bands not including personalized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Personalized items can not be returned

How do I make a gift exchange?

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Send us message and we will be here to help start the exchange

What if 30 days has passed, can I still make an exchange or return?

I am sorry, We do not offer exchanges or returns after 30 days.

How to cancel my order?

Canceling an order is easy and can be done via email at info@maderabands.com. After 24 hours, orders can not be canceled.
