Welcome to Madera Bands. We’re thrilled you chose us! We spare no expense in creating the most amazing rings known to man (and woman), crafted from earth’s finest materials. Our warranty guarantees the following:
Wedding Bands & Watches
All Men’s Wedding Bands, Women’s Wedding Bands & Watches Include:
Free 1-Year Warranty (within 1 year of purchase)
Covers: Manufacturing defects, loose stones, and loose ring parts.
Does Not Cover: Damages caused by normal daily wear. Chipping, scratches, tarnishing, or color loss caused by contact with hard or abrasive surfaces, or contact with harsh chemicals.
*Warranty claims and photos must be submitted. Madera Bands reserves the right to approve or reject. In the event that the 1-year manufacturing warranty is not approved, the $75 Lifetime Warranty will be offered.
$75 Lifetime Warranty (unlimited use)
Covers: Damages of any kind, size changes, and lost, stolen, or engraved rings and watches.
Does Not Cover: Style changes
*If a replacement of the same ring is out of stock or unavailable, the customer may choose a different style ring of the same value, or store credit of the same value toward another ring.
*Neither warranty covers style changes. (In the event that a change in style is requested, an entirely new order will need to be placed at regular price). Repairs of any kind and/or services performed by anyone other than Madera Bands will void the warranty protections. Refunds are not valid past 30 days of the original order date.
Mae Diamond Collection Warranty
The warranty for our solitaire diamond engagement rings does not cover size or style changes after 30 days.
If you believe your ring has a defect, you may send it back to us at any time for an inspection. Our warranty specialists will evaluate your diamond engagement ring. If you need repairs that go beyond what is needed for normal wear and tear, we will email your labor costs and material fees to complete your warranty.
If your piece cannot be repaired due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a new replacement with a $250 processing fee. The ring will need to be mailed to us for inspection.
