SIZING

What if I accidentally order the wrong size?

No worries! We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days (as long as the band hasnโ€™t been engraved). If youโ€™re unsure of your size, include a ring sizer with your order. That way, you can confirm your size beforehand if you do need to exchange your rose gold opal wedding ring.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship all rings the same or the next day. However, for custom engraved rings, please allow an extra 2-3 days for production.

Yes, we offer professional laser engraving services so you can customize your wedding band with a meaningful message. Are engraved rings refundable?

Because the laser engraving is a permanent modification, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your engraved message carefully before ordering.

We can wait until you confirm your ring size before we start engraving. Select the โ€˜yes- mail sizer firstโ€™ option when you order your rose gold opal wedding ring. After you let us know your confirmed ring size, weโ€™ll get right to work engraving the ring of your dreams and completing your order.

STUNNING Ring

This ring is absolutely PERFECT. I also have to take a moment to shout out the customer service. I ended up exchanging both originally purchased rings for different sizes (and one to change style). And the process was SO EASY due completely to how wonderful the customer service team is.

I am so excited to get married with this ring. I love it so much!

Beautiful Ring; Great Customer Service

Purchased this ring as a gift for my wife, opal being our son's birth stone. Added engraving to personalize the gift. Everything came out looking great and as quickly as promised, despite a somewhat rushed timeframe. My wife and all those she shows it off to absolutely love it and remark on how pretty it is. I would have preferred to buy natural (not synthetic) opal but for the price and quality of the craftsmanship overall I/we have no complaints. Will definitely order from Madera again in the future.
