I ordered my groomās ring with an engraved message. A day later I realized it was going to have the wrong engraving. I reached out to customer service through email to see if they could send a message to change the engraving to what it should really say. They responded early following morning. The change was made. I was very relieved they helped me out in time. The ring looks beautiful, and my wife to be loves it.
