1. What if my wedding band doesn’t fit?

Enjoy a stress-free experience when you shop with us. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days (as long as the ring hasn’t been engraved). If you’re unsure of your size, request a ring sizer with your order. That way, if you do need a different size, we can exchange it as quickly as possible.

2. How long will a tungsten rose gold wedding band last?

Our tungsten men’s rings are as tough as it gets. If there’s a stronger metal out there, it has yet to be discovered. NASA trusts tungsten to build their spacecraft, so you can definitely count on this rugged ring to hold up to regular wear and tear here on Earth.

4. How long will my order take to ship?

We keep our modern rings in stock, so your order should ship either the same or next day you place your order. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for engraved bands.

5. Are engraved wedding bands refundable?

Engraved products cannot be exchanged or returned. Before ordering an engraved tungsten rose gold wedding band, please make sure you’ve reviewed both your size and engraved message. 

We’re happy to put the engraving on pause until you confirm your ring size. When you’re checking out, simply select the ‘yes- mail sizer first’ option. We’ll mail you a ring sizer. As soon as you let us know your size, we’ll get to work engraving your original men's rose gold tungsten ring.
