1. What happens if I accidentally order the wrong size?

No problem. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days as long as your tungsten guitar string ring hasn’t been engraved. You can always add a ring sizer with your order and if you need to exchange for a different size later you’ll know exactly the size you need. 

2. How long can I expect this band to last?

Don’t worry about your favorite band breaking up. The Guitarist ring is made from tungsten, one of the Earth’s most durable materials, so you can look forward to a lifetime of greatness.

3. Can I personalize these rings made from guitar strings?

Absolutely! Add a personalized laser-engraved message with your favorite song lyrics, your favorite song title, or just add a special date with meaning. We’ll professionally laser engrave your message on the inside of the ring for an extra memorable touch. Own a rose gold ring that’s truly one-of-a-kind.

4. How long will my order take to ship?

Most of our unique wedding bands are in stock and ready to ship out the same or the next business day. If selecting engraving, please allow an additional 2 to 3 days.

5. Are engraved guitarist rings refundable?

Because the engraving is a permanent customization, we do not offer returns. Please make sure you’re confident with your size and engraved message. Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes. If you are not 100% sure of your size, simply choose ‘yes- mail sizer first’ and we’ll mail you a free ring sizer before we complete the engraving.

If your ring fits less than perfect, you may exchange or return it within 30 days in new, unworn condition (as long as it hasn’t been engraved). If adding laser engraving and unsure of your size, select the ‘unsure- mail sizer first’ option and a free ring sizer will sent first. The sizer is also free with all couples sets, if needed.
