1. What if I order the wrong ring size?
No problem! As long as you haven’t had your unique wedding band engraved, your ring is eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you’re not sure of your ring size, add a ring sizer to your order so you can confirm your size if you need a replacement.
2. How long do ladies’ tungsten wedding bands last?
Well, the Gibeon meteorite has already proven it can handle a voyage through space! And, because the band is crafted from tungsten—the strongest metal known to humankind—you can be sure The Leia will provide a lifetime of enjoyment.
3. Can I personalize my Leia ring?
Yes! We offer professional laser engraving services so you can add a custom message. If you’re tying the knot, The Han, a men’s silver tungsten wedding band, is the perfect match and can also be engraved with a meaningful message. The two modern rings are also available as a couples’ meteorite wedding ring set.
4. How long will my order take to ship?
We should be able to ship your meteorite rings the same or the next day! Please allow an additional 2-3 days if you’re having your ring engraved.
5. Are engraved ladies’ tungsten wedding bands refundable?
Due to the permanent nature of the engraving, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for engraved products. If you are unsure of your size, you may select the ‘mail sizer first’ option when choosing laser engraving, and we’ll send you an accurate ring sizer for free.
