We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. If you’re unsure of your ring size, just add a ring sizer to your order. That way, you can accurately measure your ring finger before ordering a replacement.
The majority of our modern rings are ready to ship the same day if you place your order by 3 PM EST. Engraved rings require an additional 1-2 days.

The engraving is permanent, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to consider the engraving and size chosen for your tungsten and wood ring very carefully.
If you don’t know your ring size, but you’d like to have your wedding band engraved, simply select the ‘yes- mail sizer first’ option when placing your order. That way, you can accurately confirm your ring size before we engrave and ship your ring.
