1. What if I get my ring size wrong?
No need to panic. You can always exchange your ring within 30 days, as long as it’s not engraved. You could also select ‘Unsure of Ring Size’ and we’ll mail you a ring sizer.
2. How long will this wedding band last?
Since it’s made using tungsten – one of the strongest and most durable metals on Earth – the Romeo is built to last.
3. Can I personalize my rose gold meteorite men’s wedding band?
You sure can! Make your modern ring your own by adding personalized laser engraving with numbers, a special message, etc.
4. How long will my order take to ship?
Most rings like this tungsten rose gold meteorite men’s wedding ring are in stock and ready to ship to you the same or next day. Please allow 2 to 3 days for laser engravings.
5. Are engraved men’s rose gold tungsten wedding bands refundable?
Unfortunately, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged because the engraving is a permanent customization.

Customer Service Amazing
I had ordered this ring for a Surprise proposal on 29th February 24, (Leap year) It arrived a lot quicker than I expected which was a blessing. Luckily I had ordered a ring sizer too and the original ring was too small for him. Ideally the ring sizer was a god send and I contacted Madera too enquire about exchanging for a bigger size, they were amazing and helped me organize to send back and kept me informed throughout the process after a delay with my own postman the ring arrived as promised and we could not be happier he absolutely loves it! I would highly recommend buying from this company again they are extremely top class customer service even responding in the weekends! Cannot fault them and the ring is absolutely unique and stunning. So happy thanks so much Madera one happy customer!!!!

Awesome ring! My fiancé loves it! It turned out really nice and also comes with a verification card. I had a ring sizer delivered first for him to try the size, which I’m glad I did. I had to change the size and the customer service was really easy.

We could not be happy with our purchase of the Romeo and Juliet bands . They are more amazing in person. Smooth Shiny and very classy with the black and silver meteorite in the band. So comfortable and the customer service was AMAZING!! We love them ❤️

These JUST arrived today and I must say.. I am in love with them! At first, I was super hesitant to take a chance on ordering our wedding bands from an online store.. but I'm super glad we did. They're both beautiful and fit perfectly. We're so happy to have such unique looking wedding bands to celebrate our union.
