1. What if my ring doesn’t fit?

It never hurts to have a contingency plan for unforeseen scenarios. If your ring doesn’t fit perfectly, feel free to take advantage of our 30-day returns and exchanges. You can always add a precise ring sizer to your cart and if you need to exchange for a different size, you’ll have just the right tool for the job. Or, add an engraving to your ring and add the sizer for free.

2. How long will this wedding ring last?

It’s built from Earth’s strongest metal, tungsten, which is the same stuff used by NASA. The 14k rose gold inner sleeve is not ion-plated for a molecular-level bond that will not wear over time. Count on this men’s black tungsten ring to last a lifetime and stay in the family.

3. Can I personalize my black tungsten wedding band?

Absolutely! Whether you want to add a secret code or a significant name or date, we’re happy to customize this rose gold ring with a laser-engraved message hidden subtly on the inside of the band.

4. How long will shipping take?

Most of our unique wedding bands are in stock and ready to ship out the same day or the next day. Engraved rings, however, require an additional 2 to 3 days for production.

5. Is an engraved men’s black tungsten ring refundable?

Because engravings are a permanent customization, we don’t offer returns for engraved rings. Please make sure you’re 100% confident of your size and selected message before ordering your engraved black tungsten rose gold ring. If you’re unsure, you can always select the ‘mail sizer first’ option that is offered free with laser engraving.
