1. What if my ring doesn’t fit?
We look out for our customers! Your ring includes 30-day returns and exchanges, as long as it hasn't been engraved. If you’re not 100% sure of your size, we recommend adding a ring sizer to your order. That way you’ll be able to exchange your black tungsten wedding band for him for the right size, if necessary.
2. How long will this wedding band last?
Unless there’s a stronger metal yet to be discovered, tungsten is as tough as it gets. The majority of our unique wedding bands are available to ship out the same day you place your order or by the next day. If you’re purchasing an engraved ring, please allow an extra 2-3 days for production.
5. Is an engraved ring refundable?
We’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for engraved rings because the engraved message is a permanent modification. If you are unsure of your size, have no fear. Simply choose the ‘unsure- mail sizer first’ option when selecting your engraving, and we’ll mail you our complimentary ring sizing kit first.
