We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long the wedding band hasn’t been engraved. If you’re not sure of your ring size, simply add a ring sizer to your order. Should the need to exchange it arise, you’ll know exactly what size you need.

SHIPPING

How long will my order take to ship?

Most of our modern wedding rings are in stock and ready to ship either the same or the next day. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for engraved customizations to your ring.

Unfortunately, due to the permanence of the engraving, engraved rings are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We strongly advise that you consider your engraved message very carefully.

If you’re interested in engraved ladies’ black wedding rings, but you’re not sure of your size, choose the ‘yes- mail sizer first’ option when placing your order. We won’t engrave your ring until you let us know your ring size.
