1. What if my ring doesnโt fit?
We look out for our customers! Your ring includes 30-day returns and exchanges, as long as it hasn't been engraved. If youโre not 100% sure of your size, we recommend adding a ring sizer to your order. That way youโll be able to exchange your black tungsten wedding band for him for the right size, if necessary.
2. How long will this wedding band last?
Unless thereโs a stronger metal yet to be discovered, tungsten is as tough as it gets. And, if Gibeon meteorite pieces can survive in space for millions of years, they can certainly handle daily wear here on Earth! Depend on your modern ring to last for life. As with any fine jewelry, avoiding harsh chemicals and abrasive surfaces is the best practice.
3. Can I customize my black meteorite ring?
Yes! We offer laser engraving customizations so you can personalize the inside of your meteorite ring with a meaningful special message, name, or date.
4. How long does shipping take?
The majority of our unique wedding bands are available to ship out the same day you place your order or by the next day. If youโre purchasing an engraved ring, please allow an extra 2-3 days for production.
5. Is an engraved ring refundable?
Weโre not able to accept returns or exchanges for engraved rings because the engraved message is a permanent modification. If you are unsure of your size, have no fear. Simply choose the โunsure- mail sizer firstโ option when selecting your engraving, and weโll mail you our complimentary ring sizing kit first. This will ensure that your black tungsten wedding band for him will fit perfectly.

Customer Service Amazing
I had ordered this ring for a Surprise proposal on 29th February 24, (Leap year) It arrived a lot quicker than I expected which was a blessing. Luckily I had ordered a ring sizer too and the original ring was too small for him. Ideally the ring sizer was a god send and I contacted Madera too enquire about exchanging for a bigger size, they were amazing and helped me organize to send back and kept me informed throughout the process after a delay with my own postman the ring arrived as promised and we could not be happier he absolutely loves it! I would highly recommend buying from this company again they are extremely top class customer service even responding in the weekends! Cannot fault them and the ring is absolutely unique and stunning. So happy thanks so much Madera one happy customer!!!!

Awesome ring! My fiancรฉ loves it! It turned out really nice and also comes with a verification card. I had a ring sizer delivered first for him to try the size, which Iโm glad I did. I had to change the size and the customer service was really easy.

These JUST arrived today and I must say.. I am in love with them! At first, I was super hesitant to take a chance on ordering our wedding bands from an online store.. but I'm super glad we did.
