We’ll take care of you. If your ring isn’t a perfect fit, we can resize it at no charge within 30 days. Made-to-order engagement rings may be returned within 30 days in new condition (minus a restocking fee). To ensure a perfect fit, once the order is placed, we will send you an email to confirm your ring size and offer to send you a free ring sizer if you are not 100% sure of your size. Once size confirmation is received, we’ll begin crafting your solitaire round engagement ring.
We ship five days a week and keep most of our modern rings in stock. However, being that engagement rings are made to order, production time is 2-3 weeks. If you need your ring for a certain date, you may upgrade to Next Day Shipping at checkout, and your ring will be shipped overnight as soon as production is complete. Always feel free to share the date you need your ring by if it's for a wedding, proposal, etc., and we will do our very best to come through for you.
Because this engagement ring is made from solid 14k gold and a solitaire round diamond or moissanite, you can count on The Mae to hold up to a lifetime of daily wear. 14k gold is much more durable and scratch-resistant than 24k gold, and diamond and moissanite are among the hardest materials on the planet.
Absolutely! The Mae can also be crafted in yellow, rose, or white gold, a 1.7mm or 2mm band, and a variety of stone carats and cuts. Since engagement rings, such as The Mae, are made to order, we do not offer full refunds due to the custom nature of its production. However, we will allow 30-day returns in new, unworn conditions, minus a $250 restocking fee.

Originally we got out and they said perfectly they were beautiful exactly what we wanted! They came with a credential card, which is really cool. When we originally purchased the person and they fit perfect however, before our wedding try to ring on again and realize that you’re losing weight that needs to be a size smaller! We used the $75 lifetime warranty to submit an invoice to get our range resize! Customer service team was very friendly helpful and treated me as a valued customer.
