If your ring isn’t a perfect fit, we can resize it at no charge within 30 days. Engagement rings may be returned within 30 days in new condition (minus a restocking fee). To ensure a perfect fit, once the order is placed, we will send you an email to confirm your ring size and offer to send you a free ring sizer if you are not 100% sure of your size. Once size confirmation is received, we’ll begin crafting your ring.
The majority of our modern rings are currently in stock, and we ship on all weekdays. However, being that engagement rings are made to order, production time is 2-3 weeks. If you need your ring for a certain date, you may upgrade to Next Day Shipping at checkout, and your ring will be shipped overnight as soon as production is complete. Feel free to share the date you need your ring by (wedding date, proposal, anniversary, etc.), and we'll do our very best to come through for you.
This solitaire princess-cut engagement ring is crafted from 14k gold, which is famous for its durability and scratch resistance (especially compared to 24k gold). Furthermore, diamond and moissanite are some of Earth’s strongest materials. The Olivia should last for life, and it’s backed by our Lifetime Protection and service! Should your ring ever be lost or damaged, we’ll offer you a significant discount towards a new ring, for life.
The Olivia’s band can be modified with yellow, white, or rose gold, and you can choose between 2mm or 1.7mm, if you prefer a more dainty style ring. In addition to offering your choice of diamond or moissanite, we provide multiple carat and cut options. If you love the look of this solitaire diamond ring but don’t prefer the princess cut, have a look at The Mae (round cut), The Norah (oval cut), and The Zahra (pear cut).
Pair your solitaire diamond engagement ring with one of our unique his and hers wedding band sets, and personalize the inside of each band with a special message, name, date, or coordinate location of where you first met.
Since engagement rings, such as The Olivia, are made to order, we do not offer full refunds due to the custom nature of its production. However, we will allow 30-day returns in new, unworn condition, minus a $250 restocking fee to cover the material costs of the ring.
