1. What if my watch doesn’t fit?
The black leather adjustable strap of this men’s watch is designed to fit the vast majority of wrists as it is a universal one-size-fits-all. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges, as long as the watch hasn’t been engraved and is in new, unworn condition.
2. How long will this watch last?
Because it’s made from tough stainless steel, scratch-resistant, sapphire-coated crystal, and genuine leather, you can depend on this watch to last for life. Like any watch, you may need to replace the strap eventually, but certainly not anytime soon. Although the face is water-resistant up to 50 meters, keeping the leather away from prolonged exposure to water will keep it in optimal condition.
3. Can I personalize my sapphire glass watch?
Yes, please feel free to add custom laser engravings to your watch to create a one-of-a-kind personalized timepiece. Engraved watches are one of the most meaningful gifts for a man. Your selected name, date, or message will be engraved on the back side of the watch face for a secret, personal, and very special touch.
4. How long will my order take to ship?
Most of our modern watches are in stock and ready to ship to you the same or next day. Engraved watches require an additional 2-3 days for production.
5. Is an engraved black leather men’s watch refundable?
Unfortunately, because the engraved message is permanent, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges. Therefore, please consider your customization carefully.
