SIZING
What if my ring ends up being the wrong size?
When an order is placed, we will email you to confirm your ring size and offer to send you a free ring sizer in the mail if you are not 100% sure. Once the size confirmation is received, we’ll begin crafting your ring. If your ring fits less than perfect, no worries! We can resize it at no charge within 30 days. Engagement rings may be returned within 30 days in new, unworn condition (minus a restocking fee).
SHIPPING
How long will my order take to ship?
We ship on all weekdays, and most of our modern rings are currently in stock. However, being that engagement rings are made to order, production time is 2-3 weeks. If you need your ring for a certain date and shipped as soon as possible, you can choose Next Day Shipping at checkout, and your ring will be shipped as soon as production is complete with the selected delivery service.

Can I customize the band or the pear shape on my solitaire diamond ring?
Yes, we’ll bring your solitaire diamond engagement ring to life! Customize your pear-shaped engagement ring’s band (14k gold: yellow, rose, or white) and size (1.7mm or 2mm). If you prefer a different diamond cut, check out The Mae (round cut), The Norah (oval cut), and The Olivia (princess cut).
You can also customize unique his and hers wedding bands to perfectly complement your engagement ring!
Are made-to-order engagement rings refundable?
Being that engagement rings, such as The Zahra, are made to order, we do not offer full refunds due to the custom nature of its production. However, we do allow 30-day returns in new, unworn condition on this solitaire pear engagement ring, minus a $250 restocking fee.
