We look out for our customers! When an order is placed, we will email you to confirm your size, and if you are not 100% sure, offer to send you a complimentary ring sizer in the mail. Once the size confirmation is received, we’ll begin crafting your gold band oval diamond ring. If your ring isn’t a perfect fit, we can resize it at no charge within 30 days. Engagement rings may be returned in new, unworn condition within 30 days (minus a restocking fee).
We keep most of our modern rings in stock at all times, and we ship every weekday. However, being that engagement rings are made to order, the production time is 2-3 weeks. If you need your ring for a certain date and shipped as soon as possible, you can choose Next Day Shipping at checkout, and your ring will be shipped as soon as production is complete with the selected expedited shipping.
Diamond and moissanite are two of the hardest materials known to humankind. 14k gold is significantly more durable and scratch-resistant than 24k gold. With proper care, The Norah should last for life. In fact, our Lifetime Protection guarantees it!
Yes, we’ll help you design your dream ring! You can customize your solitaire diamond engagement ring with a yellow, rose, or white gold band (1.7mm or 2mm). For the stone, you can customize the carats and cut. If you love the design of The Norah, but prefer a different diamond cut, take a peek at The Zahra (pear cut), The Mae (round cut), and The Olivia (princess cut).
