When an order is placed, we will email you to confirm your ring size and offer to send you a free ring sizer in the mail if you are not 100% sure. Once the size confirmation is received, we’ll begin crafting your ring. If your ring fits less than perfect, no worries! We can resize it at no charge within 30 days. Engagement rings may be returned within 30 days in new, unworn condition (minus a restocking fee).
We ship on all weekdays, and most of our modern rings are currently in stock. However, being that engagement rings are made to order, production time is 2-3 weeks. If you need your ring for a certain date and shipped as soon as possible, you can choose Next Day Shipping at checkout, and your ring will be shipped as soon as production is complete with the selected delivery service.

Being that engagement rings, such as The Zahra, are made to order, we do not offer full refunds due to the custom nature of its production. However, we do allow 30-day returns in new, unworn condition on this solitaire pear engagement ring, minus a $250 restocking fee.

Originally we got out and they said perfectly they were beautiful exactly what we wanted! They came with a credential card, which is really cool. When we originally purchased the person and they fit perfect however, before our wedding try to ring on again and realize that you’re losing weight that needs to be a size smaller! We used the $75 lifetime warranty to submit an invoice to get our range resize! Customer service team was very friendly helpful and treated me as a valued customer.
